Oncology Competitive Intelligence Manager

The Oncology Competitive Intelligence (CI) Team is looking for an individual who will work closely with disease area matrix teams (including leaders and teams in Commercial, R&D, Medical, & Market Access) to provide strategic support through the identification, analysis, and distribution of timely and relevant competitive intelligence and actionable insights that inform the near and long term franchise strategies for the solid tumor team. As a key member of the ONC CI team, this individual will learn to develop, deploy, and manage world class CI sources to deliver timely, relevant, and strategic intelligence to cross-functional Oncology stakeholders in close partnership with the Executive Director, Competitive Intelligence, as well as with the rest of the CI team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Project coordination, formatting and aggregating of broad team email communications, cross-team PowerPoint (ppt) reports and excel documents
* Maintain CI calendar of key events updated (including earnings call coverage)
* Input scientific trial data into an excel template (training to be provided)
* Manage congress planning, attend congress planning meetings and provide support (as needed) during congresses with conference material uploads, coordinating across team and with vendors
* Create summary reports using an excel-based custom tool (training to be provided)
* Develop various summary reports (PowerPoint), newsletters, CI alerts that cut across multiple tumor teams
* Maintain/Track CI events using both excel and ppt templates
* Assist with management/auditing of email distribution lists
* Develop/Enhance current presentation/timeline presentation templates (as needed)

QUALIFICATIONS

* 2-3 years of competitive intelligence/insights/strategic experience
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
* Work experience in the pharma/life Science industry is preferred
* Ability to think strategically and analytically
* Ability to organize, synthesize and distil information
* Strong project management skills
* Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to interface and work with cross-functional and cross-matrix teams
* First-hand experience in stakeholder management and communication
* Impeccable attention to detail
* Strong time management, organizational and priority setting skills
* Proficient in using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
* Understanding to create and work on basic dashboards
* Bachelors in Life Sciences and/or an MBA (Marketing/Operations) will be preferred
