SAP Customer Success is a global organization supporting the worlds largest companies running SAP solutions. With the introduction of Innovation and Operation Control Centres at customers linked to Mission Control Centres at SAP we drive the implementation of best practice solutions and operations by our customers and support the platform adaptation of HANA and Mobile in the market.

The Centre of Expertise (CoE) within SAP Intelligent Delivery Group provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our Max-Attention, Active Embedded and Enterprise Support customers.

Our work is based on a holistic understanding of our customers business and a strong relationship to jointly improve IT & business operations and safeguard their implementation projects. As every customer is unique we provide individual high-quality support to them based on a value-based delivery approach.

The CoE NA Logistics Planning and Procurement team focuses on the top Max-Attention customers providing them conceptual and architectural guidance, and helps in the Digital Transformation in the Supply Chain area.

Responsibilities

Requirement gathering in process areas like SAP IBP S&OP, Demand Management, Response & Supply, Inventory Management.

Create the to-be technology footprint, develop solutions roadmap and phased implementation approach to achieve strategic business objectives within Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations. Business Process

Champion or Expert in at least one functional area like SAP IBP Demand Planning, Inventory, S&OP, Response & Supply, and DDMRP, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling(PP/DS), Advance Available to promise (aATP).

Transform requirements into detailed solution architecture deliverables for strategic initiatives within the assigned functional area

Work with Domain Architects (including Data, Infrastructure, Application, and Security architects) to ensure that solution architecture aligns with system design guidelines and enterprise architecture standards.

Perform hands-on work related to system configuration etc. Document business requirements, Business process flows, functional specs, and solution designs.

Qualifications

* In-Depth knowledge of Supply Chain planning with hands-on exposure to SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
* 5+ years of experience in SAP SCM and IBP consulting or PP/DS or aATP/Product development, Integration CPI-DS and SDI
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP
* Strong knowledge of logistics process
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Science, or Engineering.
* Knowledge of iRPA and Machine Learning would be an added advantage.
* Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP,oDATA, Java, C++).
