The Marcom Post Production Department (PPD) is a full-service post production organization comprised of the following divisions: creative editorial, grading, audio, and visual effects. Our teams have a sense of pride in the work being produced, a shared sense of purpose as a group and is known for delivering the highest quality creative. We are searching for an Audio Department Producer and we invite you to apply! In this role, y You will also maintain contact with team members as their projects change over time, to follow through and ensure each project is delivered successfully. These projects cover a wide range of mediums including long form Event videos, Interactive, PR, Social and Broadcast TV commercials. From start to finish you will help supervise the progress of projects, maintain confidentiality, provide updates to Video Producers and Music Supervisors and run the schedules and workloads of the Audio team. The working environment is confidential and dynamic with long term projects and short term emerging needs driven by multiple creative teams. This role manages and triages an ever-changing and fast paced production environment where follow-up on projects is critical. The ideal candidate has either a Feature Film or Commercial Audio Post facility.

* You have 10+ years of Audio Post Production Scheduling or related experience.
* You have experience leading Post Production in a high output Post facility.
* Collaborate and partner closely with finishing team, music supervisors, and creatives from ideation through to final master delivery.
* Have a deep knowledge and experience both creatively and technically in the following fields: broadcast, web, social, theater and event deliverables.
* You will be responsible for handling the schedule of a team of Audio Post Production Engineers. This includes engaging with Video Producers and Music Supervisors in order to figure out the types of Audio services needed for their video projects, as well as helping the department Manager forecast and plan for quarterly Audio needs.
* A keen understanding of Audio Post workflow, services and service length of time.
* You are a leader with vision in both micro and macro project scheduling.
* You solve problems creatively, quickly and calmly and you can balance working on multiple projects with ease.
* You are able to work less traditional hours that could bleed to nights and weekends

You possess the ability to develop relationships within Marcoms creative community. This is crucial as you are the first point of contact between Marcom and the Audio Department. You have an ability to prioritize needs and support the Audio team with clear goals, deadlines and efficient time management is needed. You will also need to engage with and schedule external vendors and contractors to expand Marcoms Audio services to support greater workloads.
