Job Description
In close collaboration with the Medical Director, the Clinical Advisor (CA) or Strategic Client Liaison - is the primary clinical contact for individual clients, and translates client needs and expectations into specific quantitative metrics and qualitative objectives for the operations team. The Clinical Advisor is expected to monitor these, and to demonstrate for both existing and prospective clients how the product workflows, clinical outcomes and case stories support the value proposition. He/she actively works to identify and cultivate case stories that uniquely illustrate program impact. The Clinical Advisor will work with the appropriate clinical operations leadership in the development and implementation of necessary workflows. Once established, those workflows are transitioned to clinical operations. This position provides excellent opportunity to interface with executive leadership both internally and externally. The Clinical Advisor works with the Medical Director in partnering with payer-aligned operations teams, Quality, Education, and the First Contact and Content Development teams to create robust feedback loops and an environment that optimizes clinical execution for assigned payers. He/she should collaborate with the broader clinical team to offer innovative solutions.
The Clinical Advisor develops complementary relationships with the Account and Sales team to understand client request and requirements and maximize clinical outcomes.
The Clinical Advisor will travel 25-30% of their time depending on client assignment.
* Required to train onsite in our designated office (currently with social distancing guidelines).
Required Qualifications
*A Registered Nurse that must hold an unrestricted license in their state of residence, with multi-state/compact privileges and have the ability to be licensed in all non-compact states.
*5 years clinical experience
*Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a health related field
*Must have experience creating/presenting presentations to clients
* Minimum one year public speaking experience
* Must have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity
* Must be able to overnight travel 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience leading people, projects or processes preferred.
* Ability to lead teams in implementing customized Care Management solutions.
* Ability to think outside of the box and direct both client and internal teams towards overall success.
* Ability to develop, customize, facilitate and deliver clear and concise presentations.
* Ability to work in a fast paced rapidly evolving environment.
* Current Case Manager Certification
Education
*Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health related field
