Overview:
The Campus Recruiting team is responsible for building a strong pipeline of diverse interns, analysts and associates across our North America Wholesale Revenue businesses: AWM, CIB and CB. The Campus Recruiting Junior Business Manager will provide dedicated support for the function.
Responsibilities include:
* Large-scale meeting and event scheduling and management
* Meeting support: creating agendas, collating materials, meeting minutes/action items and follow ups
* Manage candidate referral and recommendation process across programs
* Organize large scale Wholesale Revenue Campus Townhalls
* Revise and deliver new joiner training plan for new hires into team
* Plan and execute Wholesale Revenue campus recruiting offsites
* Coordinate stakeholder training sessions for summer intern managers, interviewers and talent teams
* Design and maintain team wide project plans to ensure timely execution of key recruiting deliverables; keep track of key actions partnering closely with Line of business lead
* Projects that improve central operations and efficiency
* Role will focus primarily on the campus recruiting teams ability to deliver results, but will also have the opportunity to participate in the overall recruiting process for the company

Required Experience:
* 1-2 years of prior experience in a professional setting; previous HR experience ideal
* Proven success in a high volume, fast-paced environment
* Ability to create a positive experience for both internal and external constituents
* Track record of being a positive contributor in a large team environment
* Prior experience working with functional technology systems
