Job Description **: Project Manager- Risk Platform (Consultant)**

Role and Responsibilities: Project Manager to assist News Corp Compliance with global implementation of RiskCenter KYBP at News Corps business units (including News Corp HQ)

Role required

Project Manager, on a minimum term of 12 months, to assist the News Corp Compliance team with the global implementation and roll-out of a new third party compliance due diligence platform, KYBP, in all of its Business Units (the Project). The role includes ensuring that the platform is implemented as best fits the requirements and risk profile of each of the Business Units, within the necessary timeframe and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning

Ensure the Project is completed with the necessary timeframe and within budget, by ensuring project plans are drawn up for each Business Unit, co-ordinating and diarising meetings with the key stakeholders of each Business Unit and that responsibility for action items are tracked for completion. Able to work with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and identify where blocks in the Project might arise, planning resources accordingly.

Training & Communications

Help develop communications to key stakeholders and oversee the delivery of in-person training, as appropriate, and development of user guides in styles/languages appropriate to the Business Unit. Also to manage all translation requirements.

Accountability

Coordinate oversight of News Corp's global third-party due diligence program and onboarding platform. Manage and serve as the main point of contact for the News Corp's Compliance team on the Project.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

* 5 Years Project Management Experience
* Management of large-scale global software program and/or complex compliance program preferable.

* Experience in third party risk management and a working knowledge of relevant legislation, including anti- bribery, sanctions and modern slavery legislation. (A Legal Background/Degree preferred, but not required.)

* Strong analytical and communication skills

* Ability to work in cross-border and group environments

* Comfortable interacting with all levels of senior management

* Strong organizational and project management skills

* Familiarity with compliance-related technology solutions and platforms
