Position Description:
This is a REMOTE Position
This position is within Global Artwork group and will be assigned to perform various tasks related to the Artwork Management System and will act as Global Support function with a regional SME role. The incumbent will provide direct systems support to system users in response to their queries that arrive in the daily Global Support Inbox.
Responsibilities:
* Performs system administrative tasks as per current procedures.
* Support in artwork related queries
* Coordinate master style development
* Coordinate artwork priority requests
* Ensure right first time (RFT) and timely execution of artworks
* Laisse with external artwork center in managing daily prioritization of urgent artwork creation jobs and status update.
* Assess Near Miss investigations coming from Quality
* Represents Business in Annual System Review.
* Support in new product launches and variations as requested.
* Coordinate resolution of any encountered artwork issue
* Assess system issues and escalate to GLAMS System lead as needed.
* Lead PC Global Forums
* Lead Error Dispute calls with related artwork center
* Ability to handle mini artwork projects as requested.
Position Qualifications:
Education Minimum Requirement:
* Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience and Skills:
* Minimum 2 year of experience in pharmaceutical industry
* A decent knowledge of English is a must (both written and spoken).
* Demonstrates strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Can work independently to gather relevant facts and distill information.
* Flexibility in handling assignments and tasks
* Has the ability to acquire cooperation with others and provides significant contributions as a member of a team.
* Strong organizational skills.
* The ability to be flexible and handle multiple tasks well under pressure.
* Demonstrates strong attention to details.
* Process-oriented. Familiarity with supply chain and change control processes that cuts across various functions.
* Experiences such as the following are differentiators: business processes relevant to printed packaging component artworks design, graphics design, workflow management system utilization, business process mapping, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and implementation and change control management.
