Mercer Wealth practice is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team! Location is flexible across the US.

* You will support the field consulting team through establishing and maintaining operational structure.

* Work with internal function groups (i.e., Finance and Controllership) to identify, and resolve any issues; report to national leadership on any issues

* We will count on you to:

* Establish and maintain client revenue records (billing structures and codes) accurately and in compliance Mercer standards
* Maintain accurate client records with respect to revenue, team, contracting, invoice procedures, etc.
* Invoice clients accurately and within directed timeframes
* Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable, as required
* Assist with the development of accounts payable packages, including but not limited to refunds, check requests and charitable contributions
* Provide any financial assistance as required/requested
* Maintain accurate and complete audit records
* Prepare legal documents in accordance with operational guidelines, Mercer standard and regulatory requirements

* What you need to have:

* Proficient in Microsoft Suite (including excel)
* Organized and detail oriented
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and personalities

* What makes you stand out:

* 2 years of work experience in a corporate environment
