This position will support the Pilot, Maintenance, and ALIS training product Leads to execute the sustainment activities to ensure horizontal integration across training system products and support teams. This person will assist with product integration, including assessment, development planning, and coordination of items or tasks associated with instructional products. This is a multi-tasking environment that demands attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

Essential Functions:
* Assist with the management and distribution of Classified courseware, syllabi and supplemental content
* Serve as an ISD Database Subject Matter Expert (SME)
* Manage schedule for Pilot, Maintenance and ALIS instructional products
* Manage special projects assigned by the leads
* Handle proprietary, classified, and unclassified data
* Interface with SMEs, Designers, interdisciplinary groups, and IPT leads
Basic Qualifications:
* Leadership skills; including coordinating tasking between multiple groups, leading meetings, developing/performing presentations and working with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
* Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
* Familiarity with military training methods and techniques
* Proficient with core Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Desired Skills:
* Strong initiative characteristics and teaming skills
* Active SECRET security clearance or recently active SECRET clearance within 24 months
* Experience using JIRA/Confluence Atlassian web-based tools
* Experience using MS Project
