As the Program Management Senior Manager for FBM located in Centennial, CO you will lead personnel and provide technical and program management leadership in support of the PSOC directorate. The successful candidate will be a full spectrum leader, will build lasting partnerships with our Navy Strategic Systems Program (SPF, SP27, and SP28), who is responsible for the sea-launched strategic deterrent for the US & UK. You will focus on financial and strategic objectives and will work closely with a range of other senior leaders on FBM. Mission first, people always!
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Oversight of the D5 boost motor production and deployed sustainment contracts the single largest subcontract on the program
- Shape the future of the program through digital transformation and model-based engineering vision and initiatives
- Leading team of LMS engineers, representing LMS to SP customers, Eastern Range and subcontractors, and providing technical representation, decision, and leadership on sustainment, development, and production contracts
- Engineering project management including: leading subcontractors, suppliers, BOEs, technical evaluations, proposals and negotiations, tracking and development of cost and schedule.
- Lead staffing needs including resource management, hiring, career planning and counseling, training, critical skills management, mentoring and rewards/recognition
The position will require domestic travel.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of technical experience, with a minimum of 3 years in technical leadership.
- Ability to lead and run a multi-disciplined technical team with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Experience leading and providing oversight to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Experience as a control account manager on previous contracts
- Proposal development experience including labor cost estimates, Bill of Material generation and cost review
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance; US citizenship is required
- Willingness to travel to a wide range of subcontractor and Naval offices
Desired Skills:
- A Master's degree is strongly preferred for this position
- 3 years Full Spectrum Leadership experience including a commitment to the Full Spectrum attributes of shaping the future, building effective relationships, energizing the team, delivering results, and modeling personal excellence, integrity and accountability
- Experience with energetics (ordnance and/or solid propellants)
- Experience on FBM programs preferable but not required
- Experience with energetics (ordnance and/or solid propellants)
- Experience with structural design, analysis tools, and model based topics
- Experience with failure review boards, MRB, previous CPE, and technical investigations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good negotiation and conflict management skills
