Description:
Responsible for performing all assigned duties in a safe and compliant manner and apprising supervision of all issues that could impact business operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Execute novel manufacturing processes involving adhesives, coatings, and electrical test equipment.
Demonstrate organizational skills and engage with the team to ensure success.
Apprise management of all discrepancies that could impact schedules.
Support facility stand-up.
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability with production process certification (assembly or test)
Detail-oriented; accuracy of work is essential
Ability to remain focused within a dynamic decision-making environment, meet deadlines, and support business needs
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to quickly learn novel manufacturing techniques
Ability to work independently
Ability to work with design engineering representatives
Must have good work habits, including being in the work area and on the job during all scheduled work periods
Exceptional teaming skills and ability to get along with others in creating a positive work environment
Possess strong organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to lift up to 40 pounds
6S program familiarity
Must possess a current final secret security clearance or higher
Clearance Investigation/Reinvestigation completed within the past 5 years
Must be a US citizen.
Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) background check to obtain approval to be an employee possessor (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations.
