Position Description:
Assists the Supervisor and Lead Maintenance Engineer in the continuous efficient and safe operation of the hospital complex held responsible by Facilities Management. Maintain and repair equipment and buildings assets. Must be able to prioritize tasks work independently, as well with peers as assigned. Must have knowledge and skills in electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Know how to read blue prints. Or as assigned.
Qualifications
* H.S. Diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Technical or trade school experience preferred.
* Related certifications and/or licenses required.
* Minimum 3 years experience required.
* Knowledge in Emergency Procedure and Safety Codes.
* Obtains competency in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Generator System, and Tube System repair.
* Ability to read, write and communicate in English required.
