Job Purpose:

This position is within Citi Private Banks Global Regulatory Program Management Team to support the larger Global Regulatory change management programs across the Private Bank.

The position is for a delivery focused Program Manager within Citi Private Bank

Regulatory & Compliance Technology Program Delivery Group

This role focuses on end to end delivery of Regulatory changes needed across business process, technology and operations to meet the regulatory mandate.

This role will participate in the full project lifecycle of critical regulatory and compliance initiatives, collaborating with project stakeholders to build high quality (fit for purpose) solutions. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of all aspects of the project lifecycle, and whose focus will be on business analysis, root cause analysis, requirements definition and finalizing project scope, driving optimal solutions, project planning and execution including post-production validation to meet regulatory demands.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary scope includes:

* Develop a clear understanding of Regulatory Business Requirements
* Develop all documents in Waterfall SDLC and Agile methodologies to support project delivery. Including but not limited to Project Charter, Project Plan, BRD, FRD, Test Plan, Test Results, UAT Approvals, and Lessons Learned.
* Develop Program Governance Decks, Program Milestones, RAID log etc.
* Acting as a translator between the Business, Change and Operation & Technology Teams
* Explain overall requirements to various Applications Owners and engaged in cross review of functional requirements
* Conduct data lineage analysis to determine root cause when issues are raised
* Use data modelling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
* Devise creative solutions when faced with budget and/or time constraints
* Assist QA team in generating scenarios for effective and thorough testing
* Provide support during all stages of the projects lifecycles
* Work tactically to break through bottlenecks and keep projects on track
* Develop and implement best-practices that seek efficiency in program execution
* Develop regular reporting and MIS to facilitate review and engagement around project status, risks and path to green
* Key Stakeholder management with various internal customers, partners, and internal and external suppliers
* Adhere to all policies and procedures as defined by your role which will be communicated to you

Knowledge/Experience:

* Strong experience in delivering complex technology programs. Experience driving Regulatory changes is a plus.
* 12+ years of total experience in Technology Program Delivery and Business Analysis roles, and at least 5+ years managing delivery of complex technology programs in a fast paced environment
* Knowledge in Program/Project Management (Requirement and Scope management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Planning, Stakeholder Management etc)
* Strong experience using Program/Project management tools MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
* PM/BA Certifications like PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, PMI PBA, CBAP, CSM, CSPO preferred
* Clear understanding of various SDLC methodologies
* Experience working in a global, dynamic environment
* Experience in typical private banking products such as Loans, Deposits, Mortgages, Fund Transfers, Client Reporting, Tax, Capital Markets, trust will be a plus

* Strong communication skills, ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management etc.) in various forum
* Self-motivated and a team player that works well with individuals and thrives in a complex, global organization
* Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technology
* Ability to work in challenging, demanding and strict regulatory timelines
* Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills

Education:

* Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred
