About This Role:

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is part of the Global Supply Chain Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) team supporting the Rhythm Management Division. This role provides the unique opportunity to work with divisional tactical supply chain planning while also being a participant in strategic projects that are driving the transformation of Boston Scientific's Supply Chain Planning processes. The involvement in activities and tasks that range from strategic to tactical spectrum of the supply chain decision matrix requires high performance individuals that can quickly adapt to requirements of the task at hand. This may range from creative out of the box thinking, consulting skills, project work, co-ordination and planning, to skillful manipulation and analysis of large amounts of data. The Analyst is also expected be efficient in working with the systems and tools that support the various business functions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

* Support the monthly Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP) processes to ensure uniform adoption across the divisional supply chain planning groups.
* Support process adherence and master data accuracy for demand planning, replenishment and inventory planning and optimization (MEIO) within the scope of SI&OP leveraging the Kinaxis Rapid Response solution, a recognized leader in supply chain planning software.
* Analyze and communicate supply chain performance and diagnose key improvement areas (e.g., forecast accuracy, supply variability, Inventory DIOH, service level, backorder, EE&O etc.).
* Enhance the Rapid Response planning platform by building processes and reports that highlight exceptions and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall planning process.
* Support corporate projects - develop the approach, communicate plans and tasks to divisional, global and cross functional participants, manage project to timeline, and successfully achieve project goals.
* Support a work environment of continuous improvement that adheres to BSCs Quality Policy, Quality System and appropriate regulations for the areas supported.

What Were Looking For In You:

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, information systems or related field
* 5+ years of Supply Chain Analyst, Supply Chain Planning or Data Management Systems experience
* Strong PC skills such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word
* Working knowledge of MRP, DRP and forecasting processes
* Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and perform data analysis
* Perform to a high level of accuracy on all tasks
* Highly adaptable, flexible and willing to accept new ideas, processes, and procedures
