The Consumer 360 solutions product team at VF is responsible for creating best in class digital consumer experience through products that allow VF to better understand and connect the consumer. Your work will impact millions of people worldwide who love our iconic brands. You will partner with analytics leaders, business leaders, global engineering, architecture teams and product managers to rollout Consumer platforms that utilizes the web, mobile, and in-store experiences across all of our brands and regions. The role requires a combination of business savvy, and digital consumer solutions.
Responsibilities
* Serve as global product manager, leader, and motivator on cross-functional teams
* Develop and execute on product strategy, go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging, metrics and all elements related to business case
* Influence the direction of our technology platform for our world class brands
* Create requirements and collaborate with UX team leadership on navigating flows, design concepts, and work with architecture and engineering to implement and iterate
* Manage the entire lifecycle from conception to launch including ideation, scope, specification, prioritization, design, implementation, quality assurance, launch and iteration
* Identify multiple approaches and negotiate trade-offs with stakeholders
* Partner with very closely with technology, user experience, consumer insights, and analytics teams
* Conduct analysis to measure the results of feature deployments to quantify the business benefit/impact, and identify further business opportunities
* Manage multiple, concurrent initiatives in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery
* Define and analyze metrics that inform and ensure the success of your product(s)
* Work with business teams to develop or modify processes, supporting post-launch change management efforts, as needed
* Grow product usage, retention, engagement and revenue
Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree or equivalent; an MBA or technical degree a plus
* 10+ years of digital product manager experience preferably with a focus on digital marketing products
* Experience with delivering complex products or platforms
* Demonstrated leadership of direct and/or indirect teams
* Ability to work independently with make it happen attitude; able to successfully operate in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity; self-starter and quick learner; calm and efficient under pressure
* Versatility and be ability to prioritize/handle multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment with tough deadlines
* Demonstrated technical acumen with an ability to understand technology solutions and potential tradeoffs; able to communicate technical concepts to business users
* Ability to communicate both verbally and in written presentation format to business leaders at all levels and influence key stakeholders across the organization
* Highly analytical and detail-oriented; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with Agile, Lean or other iterative development processes
Salary Range:
$136,000.00 USD - $204,000.00 USD annually
Annual Incentive Eligibility:
This position is eligible to participate in VF's Annual Incentive Plan. Incentive Plan awards are contingent upon (1) achievement of your individual objectives and (2) VF achieving its' Corporate and business level financial objectives.
Long Term Incentive Eligibility:
This position is eligible to be nominated annually to participate in VFs Executive Long-Term Incentive Plan.
