Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be able to present Customer Journey Orchestration presentations, reporting and technical demonstrations. This position will have a lot of interaction between internal technology partners, external vendors and internal business line teams. Someone who is up for the challenge and loves working with all departments.
What You Will Do
Act as the primary resource for the CJO team, assisting in CJO technologies and overcoming technical and business objections for clients
Participate in scoping, requirement and specification meetings and participate in design/ solution reviews
Assess and analyze the requirements needed to implement new solutions and advise on the options available to support the request within the system constraints while assessing potential risks and impact
Develop and perform demonstrations of CJO tools
Design and Implement overall solution including analyze data, workflows, rules that will be applied as logic in different tool (Kitewheel, Salesforce (MC and CRM), Microsoft Power BI, Adobe Experience Platform)
Manage and develop custom demonstrations
Manage and develop proofs of concept to answer prospects business needs
Development of high-level business strategy solutions for prospective business lines
Knowledge or experience with data mining, analysis, modeling, of large scale, complex data sets.
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree in data and technology management, or equivalent work experience
- Five to ten years of experience in data management and business intelligence in the financial services industry
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 3 years experience in the marketing technology/software space (campaign management software, paid media technology, social technology, data analytics, etc.)
- The ability to demonstrate knowledge of the technology, required functionality and business benefits that a B2B or B2C organization requires for a direct marketing operation
- Demonstrable skills in HTML, JavaScript, Database Technology, and web services (RESTful and / or SOAP protocols)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to grasp and understand 3rd-party technologies (for example, Email Service Providers, Content Management Systems, Customer Data Platforms, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines
- Experience with web development and/or design a plus
- Experience with reporting tools a plus (Microsoft Power BI, Adobe Analytics or Tableau)
- Knowledge of customer profiling or customer identity management a plus
