Job Summary:
The Disney+ Global Brand Creative Team works within the Disney+ Marketing Organization, with the goal of engaging audiences and attracting subscribers to our premium, family-friendly streaming content. The Global Brand Creative Team oversees the brand strategy and creative execution of global brand static/print and AV creative materials for Disney+, The Disney Bundle (Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+), and Star. This team also collaborates on Disney+ Originals campaigns with partner studios Nat Geo, Disney Channel, and Walt Disney Television, to ensure premium, engaging, and brand-appropriate creative campaigns to support our unscripted, scripted, and family-friendly content.
Reporting into the Manager, Creative Marketing, the Designer will be responsible for creating marketing assets (A/V, static, print, out-of-home, digital) in support of Disney+, Star, and the bundle, as well as creating title campaigns for Disney+/Star original content. The Designer will also be responsible for adapting and resizing existing static creative assets for various digital and print campaign needs. There will be an opportunity to develop new creative for various brand design projects (mailers, collateral, campaigns, style guide updates).
Responsibilities:
* Adapt, resize, and modify Key Art & Product Art for various placements including digital, print, out-of-home, etc.
* Help develop creative for ad hoc design projects including but not limited to product art, magazine ads, synergy placements, promotional partner opportunities, etc.
* Build updated brand static creative for both digital & print use
* Responsible for preparing and delivering final assets to internal and external partners in a timely manner with clear instruction for posting and proper use of art
Basic Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of professional design experience within entertainment
* Worked at either a studio, network, or agency environment
* Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign a must
* Superior graphic design and production design skills
* Strong understanding of specs and requirements for digital and print asset deliverables
* Keen eye for design and strong creative sensibility
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
* Ability to solve design problems and find solutions quickly and efficiently
* Strong organizational and archival skills
* Highly collaborative and open to feedback

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working on the production of print and digital static out-of-home campaigns
* Understanding of the creative development process of creative marketing materials (key art, logos, etc.) for a film or series
* Experience working on the creative development and/or production of product art for a film or series
* Understanding of digital and print asset timelines, production, and delivery
