Job Description

Sanmina, a world-wide leader in the Global Services industry, has an immediate opening for a Project Manager. This position can be either a remote position or in office at our Fort Mill, SC, or Dallas,TX locations.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

Managing a cross-functional team throughout the discovery, development, and implementation of process related projects for both internal and external customers; to include requirement and specification development, gap analysis, risk management, process flow documentation, change management and continuous process improvement. Maintains responsibility for overall project performance to budget, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction.

Nature of Duties

* Responsible for leading discovery sessions to evaluate and document customer functional process requirements.
* Perform strategic GAP analysis between customer requirement and standard processes/applications and design and present alternatives for review.
* Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity while meeting company and industry standards.
* Work closely with the IT staff to select the most appropriate applications and process improvement techniques in the design of customer solutions
* Perform process design, development, and implementation of internal capital projects.
* Aid in design, documentation, and testing of software modifications related to process change requests.
* Analyze and troubleshoot process problems to better recommend continuous and permanent improvements.
* Capable to setup/configure various applications to meet process requirements
* Work with multi-functional team to achieve project goals
* Document process flows using various software (Visio, CAD, Lucidchart, etc)

Other Requirements:

This Project Manager will be a key player in facilitating all project goals objectives and initiatives for the Sanmina Global Services Division. This is a strategic and tactical position, which will require the candidate to be very flexible in adapting to the quick changes by the customer. You must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education- Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Management

Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is a plus but not required.

Travel: Ability to travel globally. Approximately 30% or as individual projects demand.
