Apply strong functional knowledge of process improvement methodology and practice to coordinate and/or facilitate internal and client reporting activities, across the platform, including the client satisfaction program. Evaluate process improvement opportunities, define process metrics, and develop improvement plans. Coordinate with other departments to identify and prioritize process improvements to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Work is typically performed under minimal daily supervision, receiving guidance from manager/supervisor about the work that needs to be completed. Able to exercise high level of discretion and latitude in completing tasks.
* Apply strong functional knowledge of process improvement methodology and practice to analyze and interprets client reporting data. Analyze trends or variations in order to define problems and draft solutions.
* Prepares reports, charts, tables and other visual aids to summarize operations and highlight findings to build case for implementation of process improvement initiatives.
* Ensure conformance with overall company standards relating to documentation and record systems.
* Monitor compliance to Non-conformance and Corrective Action Standard Practice to ensure effectiveness of process.
* Assist in planning and preparing, procedural and process training by coordinating or performing training with appropriate parties.
* Assist in the creation of presentations and training sessions for continuous improvement.
* Participates and leads in identified improvement projects as required.
* Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 3-5 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.

Very good functional computer knowledge in utilizing MS Windows. MS Office and specifically high-level knowledge & proficiency of MS Excel system a must! Should be able to recognize and understand Excel shortcuts, formulas (at a mid-level user experience), spreadsheet manipulation, an ability to compile multiple reports into a single report for distribution. Knowledge and understanding of email system (GMail specific) for receiving and distributing reports and communications. PPT system knowledge for creation of slide decks is essential.
May require knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments. Able to demonstrate continued expertise in the primary tools or applications used in completing daily work assignments.
Requires very good communication skills with ability to state messages in a clear manner by using language that is easy for others to understand.
Must be able to proactively listen to others to understand issues and situations. Must be able to clearly articulate business needs to both internal and external customers.
Knowledge of document control procedures (RRD Compliance Management Training preferred).
