The candidate in this position reports to the site manager and is responsible for supporting the facility in multiple areas, to include answering calls to the main facility line and redirecting calls when required, visitor processing, creating and tracking facility maintenance service agreements to ensure continued supplier services, scheduling facility maintenance requests with suppliers, working with A/P to troubleshoot supplier invoice issues, ordering and maintaining office supply inventory as well as helping to organize and arrange facility events and other facility related administrative tasks. This role is also responsible for helping to process new hires, working with the local supervisors to update and maintain local training folders as well as other supply chain logistics related tasks as required.
