Educational Requirements and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of IT experience and at least 5 years of project management experience

Other Requirements:

* Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector with technical background
* Should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
* Should work with stakeholders to establish project goals and prioritize deliverables under minimal supervision.
* Should be able to create a completed plan with dependencies identified and critical issues/paths.
* Gathers requirement (e.g. schedule and resource forecasting, stakeholder identification, method and frequency of communication, scope, milestones, prioritization) within a cross-functional team to develop project plans for small- to medium-sized projects.
* Monitor project performance (e.g., on time, on budget, within scope and with quality) for small projects under minimal supervision.
* Create and manage project data such as project specific metrics, updating project schedules, status updates, report preparation, database maintenance, and project data maintenance in order to monitor project progress; escalates metric deviations in a timely manner.
* Excellent team player with solid problem-solving aptitude.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
* Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Ensure resource availability and allocation
* Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
* Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks
* Establish and maintain relationships with the client and all stakeholders
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Good knowledge on reporting tools and publishing Dashboards
* PMO, PMP, Prince 2 or Six Sigma Project Management Certification is a plus.
