POSITION SUMMARY:
Perform the role of Manager Distribution Systems Support for activities related to the support, maintenance and enhancement of logistics based execution systems and applications.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
* Manage and lead the resources responsible for the daily support and maintenance of the PVH distributions systems in North America
* Perform technical support role providing diagnosis, root cause analysis and resolution of issues including but not limited to:
* Break-fix issues related to the Warehouse Management (WM) or Warehouse Controls (WCS) Systems
* Configuration support for both the WM and WCS systems
* Interface monitoring and issue resolution across WCS and WM related integration points
* Provide subject matter expertise across the WM and WCS systems and technical environments
* Ensure compliance with PVH standards and guidelines utilized for systems support and maintenance
* Weekly/monthly reporting to management against KPIs
* Training and onboarding of new reports
* Mentor and coach team members, identifying and/or creating ongoing development opportunities for each team member
* Serve as escalation point for issues of varying complexity
* Serve as point of contact to DC management for issues impacting daily production
* Serve as point of contact to Sr IT and Logistics management for critical outages related to the WM or WC systems
* Develop in depth technical and business knowledge related to the PVH Logistics based applications and interfaces
* Develop working relationships with key logistics resources to understand business and operational needs
* Actively pursue opportunities to increase knowledge and expertise on the WM and WCS applications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
* 5+ years experience managing technical support resources in a warehouse systems environment
* 7 plus years hands on technical experience with Manhattan Associates WMi application
* 7 plus years experience related to warehouse automation systems integration
* Experience with formal support management applications/tools highly preferred
* Proficient with ISeries based data analytic tools such as Query, SQL and DBU
* Strong knowledge and experience related to OS400 and DB2 functionality
* Experience with ILE RPG code as part of root cause analysis highly preferred
* Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with MS Project Management preferred
Education:
BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or related work experience required
