Perfect Store is a retail execution strategy team focused on Owning the Moment of Choice. The Moment of Choice is our last opportunity to win over the shopper and includes the retail shelf set, perimeter displays, and cold vault space. In addition, the Perfect Store team develops innovative merchandising solutions and lead execution insights to drive flawless and local execution.

The Manager of the Perfect Store Initiatives will partner across the Division functions such as marketing, sales strategy and insights, revenue management and the sector teams to ensure organization and alignment in how execution impacts the work across each department.

Responsibilities:

* Lead perfect store team and initiatives across the North Division
* Provide a clear execution strategy of innovation and marketing programs and clearly communicates to selling and frontline teams
* Set strategic priorities and work through period priority execution strategy across the large format, small format, and food service
* Own and implement North Division incentives while managing a $1.5MM budget
* Lead team on the weekly scorecard: Innovation, Void Tool, and Share, and Display reporting
* Provide weekly insights on innovation and execution for leadership teams with actionable insights to drive topline growth
* Develop Executional Framework by a channel that aligns to the perfect CDA
* Demonstrate topline growth alignment with AOP targets through execution initiatives and a clearly defined Look of Success
* Creating systems and processes to streamline operations and communications across the division
* Present and lead discussion at customer JPB meetings to align on AOP Big Bets
* Present and implement AOP strategy to deliver clear commercial plans to deliver topline growth
* Work with equipment teams to ensure we have the right tools to flawlessly execute in the marketplace

Qualifications/Requirements

* Bachelors Degree
* Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience
* Strategic Selling Capability with the ability to link to Strong Execution Plans
* An energetic leader with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a go-getter drive
* Strong collaborator beyond boundaries
* Detail-oriented and data-driven
* Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills
* Proven problem solver who can make clear-headed decisions while under pressure
* Simplifies the Agenda translates strategies into plans that can be effectively executed
* Builds effective processes to plan and manage the implementation of change
* Strong Topline and Bottling P&L Knowledge
* Leadership Experience
* Capable of using PowerPoint, Excel, and IRI
* The position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
