We are looking for a PM Leader for Business Integrity Enforcement, also known as Core Ads Integrity. Decisions made here change the course of Facebook. In Business Integrity, we target some of the most critical issues facing our company, from election interference and user privacy to coordinated networks of bad actors. These issues require inventive, systems-level solutions that enable the business of Facebook while protecting people against harm. On the Enforcement team, we use data analysis, machine learning (ML) and human-powered review to enforce our advertising policies at scale. This means reviewing billions of ad components each year to determine which ads to allow and which to reject. It also means honing in on unique content problems, such as scams and misleading ads. Our Enforcement team works across the Facebook family of apps to protect the user experience anywhere ads are served. Our growing team is looking for a Product Manager Leader with the courage to think big and the conviction to take on the defining challenges of our company. Together, we can change the course of our business. We are looking for a Manager to lead Core Ads Integrity that constitute a high performing teams working across multiple product area and harm verticals to enable higher trust in our advertising and ensuring integrity of our ads. This role would also need the individual to be the thought leader across key strategic bets that span across multiple teams within and outside of Core Ads Integrity Team. This role will partner with leaders across Business Integrity, ABP and Family of FB Apps (FB, IG, Messenger, WhatsApp) to define the ads integrity strategy including risk mitigations and ads policy enforcement for Facebook.
PM Lead, Core Ads Integrity Responsibilities
* Lead a team of product managers focusing on different problem areas within Core Ads Integrity
* Build a common strategy across problem areas and guide teams to optimize our processes and systems
* Strategically improve policies and enforcement systems to enhance the overall effectiveness of the ad review system
* Align teams strategy and impact with the broader mission of product group and company to ensure execution
* Collaborate with the other product and integrity teams to identify emerging threats and deploy new prevention methods
* Work with operations, policy and legal teams on product and policy improvements
Minimum Qualifications
* 8+ years product management experience within consumer facing products
* Proven cross-functional and cross organization collaboration, experience to navigate complex organizations
* Proven track record as a leader and has experience in building and leading high performing teams
* Proven technical, analytical and communication skills
* Product thinker who can strike the right balance between long term vision and short to medium term plans
* Experience building relationships with our key external partners, experience building consensus, resolve misalignments
Preferred Qualifications
* Domain knowledge on Integrity space with consumer product or ad product in the area of abuse, scam, security
* Familiarity with Machine Learning and understanding of concepts such as precision, recall and false positive measurements
