What does an outstanding Director Professional Services do?

You will be aligned to our Financial & Risk Management Solutions business (FRMS). Our solutions help financial institutions optimize their use of and return on capital by making risk measurable and transparent within their organizations. We offer our solutions in multiple delivery modes including software products, customer-funded development, alliance services, consulting, ASP and hosted services.

You're the kind of person who:

* Has implemented strategies and methodologies focused on flawless deployments of sophisticated software solutions, including balancing demand versus capacity, extensive experience in leading a services P&L, and a passion for delighting customers as evidenced by high client retention, satisfaction, and referencability.
* Is energized by growth and transformation, you will be responsible for setting and exceeding client expectations, revenue targets, and project deliverables.



In this role, you can expect to:

* Work with your team members, your peers, your Leadership Team, and key partners to ensure projects are on time and on budget.
* Take center stage in creating new value for our clients through the successful management of Payments implementations and customization engagements.
* Optimize the pre-sales process. Work with Sales to streamline the pre-sales process, e.g. hand-off processes, standard Statement of Work (SOW) adoption, custom SOW development and negotiation, work breakdown structures (project estimates), and pricing.
* Be market-facing. Facilitate, and/or present at summits, or other national events, sales meetings, or conferences.
* Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through relationship building, quality service delivery and data and reporting.



Basic qualifications for consideration:

* Experience handling a revenue budget of at least $20 million dollars.
* Experience assessing risk associated with revenue and projects and accurately reporting such risk.
* 10 years of experience in the financial services or software industry, a substantial amount of which must have involved professional services and/or consulting services in a matrixed environment
* 10 years as a people manager
* 7 years of experience in project management
* 5 years of experience in process management/improvement
* Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field required
