GDIT is seeking a Technical Editor Associate (Intern) in (Bossier City, LA) .
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and continually improve:
oThe knowledgebase content, taxonomy and organization
oThe processes around the creation and use of knowledge
oOptimize knowledge articles, processes, SOPs and WIs for our clients through gap analysis, metric evaluations, working with SMEs, editing, and publishing to our client's knowledge base.
oProvide recommendations to improve searchability of the technical documentation (i.e., knowledge articles, SOPs and WIs).
oContribute, build and implement best practices for the knowledge base articles, SOPs and WIs.
oSupport business initiatives and goals and map knowledge impacts and implement change/solutions.
oReview and validate steps outlined within processes, SOPs, WIs and Knowledge Articles to ensure accuracy of steps captured and created in accordance with defined quality standards.

The likely salary range for this position is $16 - $24, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
