A newly formed group that brings together our Digital Experience capabilities and our Advertising/Marketing teams into new kind of Creative agency. We are seeking a Studios Engagement Manager that is passionate about brands and eager to help grow a new agency model. A model that is powered by smarter insights, and puts creativity to work in advertising, and well beyond it - influencing the entire marketing ecosystem. Work you'll do
As a Senior Manager, Studios Engagement Manager you will effectively identify and solve project-related problems that are technical, business and resource specific. Facilitates brainstorming sessions, project kick-offs, sprint planning, and retrospectives/post-mortem. Works with cross-functional teams to identify and enact continuous improvements to the project-delivery process.
* Lead engagement planning and budgeting, mobilize and manage engagement teams, define the structure and content of deliverables, facilitate client buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels, direct on-time, quality delivery of products, manage engagement economics and risk.
* Manage expectations and day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
* Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
* Develop practical solutions and methodologies, develop thoughtware and point-of-view documents, participate in public speaking events
* Act as a counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the staffing process, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local office
* Contribute to the Studio's growth and development through your daily activities

* Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution
* Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
* eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations
* Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions
* Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions
* Marketing analytics implementation and operations
* Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution
* Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
Responsibilities
* Minimum eight years consulting or relevant industry experience in mobile, user experience, digital or e-commerce
* Minimum four years of experience managing technology engagements
* Experience leading pursuit or sales team
* Experience leading a team of direct reports
* Willingness to travel to client site (While travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred Qualifications- Bonus Points if you have:
* Deep subject matter expertise in mobile technologies and software project methodologies
* Scrum certification or experience
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other project/program management training
* Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of team
* Strong analytical and technical skills
* Bachelor's degree
