Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Individual must be capable of performing all of the following job duties as required:

* Must be able to communicate well with others
* Ensure all production data reports and QA related documents are filled out correctly and in a timely manner.
* Responsible for GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), which include Clean in Place (CIP) System, and use high pressure hot water / chemical cleaning equipment.
* Responsible for supplying Toast Slurry to Production lines in a timely manner to eliminate downtime.
* Responsible for supplying Pancake production lines with batter in a timely manner to eliminate downtime.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Responsible for adhering to Quality Assurance standards.
* Required to work overtime as needed.
* Notify Lead or Supervisor of problems with equipment or Mixes.
* Responsible for all general housekeeping practices in mixer control room.
* Perform other duties as assigned by shift supervisor.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or

ability required. The employee must be OSHA forklift certified and have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Education and / or Experience:

High School diploma or General Education degree (GED).

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; climb; balance; stoop; crouch; twist; kneel; or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places. The employee is frequently exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
