Job Summary
This position is tasked with improving, updating and maintaining various operations programs utilizing specialized depth and breadth of expertise and knowledge of UGI operations. The programs assigned require complex problem-solving skills and the ability to achieve results independently. The position requires leadership of teams and projects, as well as the management of and strict adherence to budgets.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Improve, update and manage the UGI ERT Replacement Program. Work with senior management and contactor to implement processes and procedures to keep the program aligned with current business needs.
* Improve, update and maintain the various audit requirement databases. Work with management to ensure action items are completed on schedule. Provide recommendations and guidance to ensure completion.
* Manage various Operations Programs including but not limited the inside meter migration project.
* Perform ad-hoc research and in-depth analysis as required.
* Perform other duties as requested.

Education and Experience
* Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred, but not required.
* At least 5 years of related experience.
