Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for building advanced reporting tools for Cigna's Medicaid business segment. Were looking for the right candidate to help us combine claims, enrollment, risk, consumer, and other data sources into meaningful reports that deliver insights to help make better business decisions. You will partner with business functional areas to capture, consolidate, and visualize information to foster understanding of the past, present, and likely future states of our business, helping drive strategies that will optimize business results and improve customer outcomes.

What youll do:
* Build subject-matter expertise in the array of available data; understand opportunities and limitations of various data sets
* Partner with Medicaid business teams to understand reporting needs and visualization tools
* Manipulate and combine a variety of data sources using SQL into the foundation these reports
* Uncover stories in the data that will lead to decisions and actions
* Work independently to deliver results
* Further develop your technical skills and business acumen
Qualifications
* 3+ years of report and dashboard development experience, including Tableau experience required
* SQL coding skills required to support business via queries and thorough data validation
* Strong Analytical skills required
* Ability to translate business needs into practical applications and solutions
* High levels of initiative and self-management skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Experience in health care industry and knowledge of health care data, metrics, and business concepts strongly preferred
* Teradata experience a plus
