The Summer Internship Program allows students the opportunity to work on meaningful, business-essential projects that will give them the hands-on experience they need to build a solid foundation for their future. The program targets undergraduate students between their junior and senior year, and acts as a pipeline for full-time employment opportunities. As an intern, students will have the opportunity to participate in a formalized program, designed to increase knowledge of Cardinal Health and the healthcare industry, as well as develop essential leadership skills.
Location: Dublin, Ohio (Additional locations may be available based on business needs. Applicants must be open to relocation.)
Start Date: May 17 or 24, 2021
Hours: Approximately 40 hours a week for a minimum of 10 weeks
*Assistance with temporary housing is provided for students not local to the internship location.

As a Fuse Intern, you could potentially support the organization in several of the following ways:
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications
* Create technical documentation and specifications for single system components
* Administer project plans, budgets and other key deliverables for project managers
* Participate in testing execution efforts
* Collect data, perform basic needs analysis and effectively communicate results
* Analyze data between multiple systems and make appropriate updates
* Work with business and IT resources to resolve data quality issues
* Test, monitor and review implemented solutions; perform analysis of collected data and communicate findings to appropriate parties

Qualifications:
Cardinal Health recruits current, full-time students who have a combination of the following requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Analytics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related business field
* Expected graduation of winter 2021 or spring 2022, preferred
* Recommended GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
* Relevant coursework and/or projects
* Previous internship experience, preferred
* Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
* Participation in extracurricular activities and/or community service
* Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States with no requirement for future sponsorship
