Internship: Approximately 10 weeks; June to August. The 2021 Arrow Internship Program will be 100% virtual. All events, training and meetings will be virtual. Arrow will supply all interns with company equipment.

Based on your experience and interests, you will interview with and work on a team for approximately 10 weeks during the summer. Interns may be considered for potential full-time opportunities on based on their internship performance.

Functional Area

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Business Operations Summer Intern who will assist in the day-to-day operational activities related to business and data analysis. The main purpose of this position is to build influential relationships and serve as a liaison between immixGroups internal resources, corporate resources and Supplier resources. Demonstrate a proactive approach and sense of collaboration in assigned projects and tasks to enable automation and scalability.

Requirements & Skills

* Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree with a graduation date of May/June/August 2021

* Available to work full-time (40 hours/week), virtually, during the summer (June through Mid-August)

* Adequate WiFi

* 3.0 GPA or Higher

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask

* Experience using Microsoft Office

* Detail oriented mindset

* Emphasis on tact and diplomacy

* Proven ability to work with a variety of people and develop strong working relationships

* Treat highly confidential information with utmost integrity

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$19.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
