What you will be doing This position, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, will be responsible for the workflow and processes as it relates to various incentives; ensuring that all tasks are completed on a monthly and quarterly basis.

* Generate and submit invoices and support in accordance with contract requirements. Ensure accuracy of billing and timeliness of invoice submission.
* Plan and implement quality assurance for assigned billing processes by using various software applications such as spreadsheets and relational databases (SAP, Peachtree, and Business Objects) to assemble and manipulate data and reports.

* Monitor the shared mailbox to assist with reconciling billing, resolving claims and providing additional details as requested.

* Work with Manager to make decisions relative to analyzing disputes.

* Participate in the month- end mass deduction accrual settlement for past due fees and rebates and reconcile cash receipt journal to G/L.

* Prepare expense check requests and record entries in cash receipt journal.

* Produce a wide variety of files and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation. Maintain current email contact listing for all suppliers and keep the confidentiality and security of all business files, including electronic record.

* Interface with ABC functional areas regarding fee calculations and data validation.

* Assist with internal and external audit requests as needed.

* Perform related duties as assigned.

What your background should look like (minimum qualifications) Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor%27s Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education; Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of related experience preferred.
