Job Description
* Assist team leaders and managers in the execute the Internal Audit Groups (IAG) established audit methodology with focus on consumer compliance and privacy risks;
* Execute assigned functions during all phases of the audit, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and wrap-up; execute audit work in conformance with department standards, budgets and deadlines;
* Interview client personnel of all levels to document, understand, and assess relevant risks and controls;
* Efficiently manage routine client status meetings, audit requests, and other administrative tasks;
* Work on multiple simultaneous audit projects for different audit leaders;
* Develop and document ideas for analytical control testing to expand the breadth and depth of audit coverage;
* Develop familiarity with consumer compliance- and privacy-related regulatory mandates and requirements;
* Assist in the documentation and evaluation of audit observations and findings;
* Assist in documentation of audit observations and findings, and subsequent validation of managements actions taken to address such findings;
* Utilize automated work papers and other department and company tools in a proficient manner;
* Maintain internal audit competency through ongoing professional development;

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor of Art/Science or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related field of study is required; advanced degrees in Accounting, or other related fields are preferred;
* Demonstrated experience and competency in the assessment of risks and controls;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Demonstrated integrity, innovation, teamwork, and excellence; and
* Experience in a regulatory compliance, privacy, audit, or other relevant role is preferred;
* Relevant audit, compliance, or privacy professional certifications are preferred (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), etc.);
* Familiarity with consumer and/or privacy regulatory mandates, requirements, or other guidance is preferred;
* Ability to travel;
