Key responsibilities will include:

* Lead connectivity initiatives, including culture building, inclusion, & recruiting.
* Use data-driven solutions to address factors affecting ability to reach strategic objectives
* Prepare & implement human capital & process development change management plans
* Develop presentations for executive-level audiences
* Organize staff updates and recognition events, promoting a strong team culture, and building relationships with functional and central teams

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, risk management, or human capital management
* Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Thrives in ambiguity and passionate about driving forward meaningful change
