Job Description
Responsibilities
– The Senior Application Developer will be responsible for developing applications and supporting the pipeline businesses within Praxair and its affiliates. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements and translating them into usable software platforms. Designing application architectures, developing technical documentation for end users. Developing and debugging integrations with existing applications across multiple platforms. Developing state of the art code to create high performance and secure software for use within Praxair’s businesses.
Qualifications
Qualifications –
Basic -
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
Proven experience as an application developer
.NET Framework, ASP.NET
C#, Java, JS, C++,
HTML, CSS
MVC, MFC, JSON, XML
Knowledge of SQL/Oracle and databases
Understanding of software design and programming principles
Problem solving skills and analytical thinking
Team player with good communication skills
Experience with MS Visual Studio and TFS
Preferred –
Masters Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
JSON, REST, SOAP, XML and other data interchange formats
Microsoft Biztalk experience
SSIS, SSRS experience
Mobile software application development
Agile programming experience
Xamerin experience a plus. IOS or Android
