Memorial Medical Center

Provides primary and episodic care to patients-independently and in collaboration with other medical professionals-following standards and protocols set by the sponsoring facility/Medical Director. Functions as a member of clinical team in maintaining patient flow and maximizing the delivery of quality care to patients. Emphasizes health promotion and/or disease prevention through patient

education and coordination of care. Follows regulations and guidelines for writing prescriptions.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited school ofNursing and Nurse Practioner program.

Minimum Experience: Two years previous professionalnursing experience with one to three years experience as a Nurse Practionerpreferred.

Certification/Licensure: Certified as a NursePractioner with current state licensure to include NM Controlled Substance, DEAlicense, and Board Certification. CPRcertification required.

Must be skilled in traditional nursing disciplines ofpatient assessment and management.
