The Director, Change Management & Organization Effectiveness will work with the Integrated Talent Experience COE lead to set the vision and strategy needed to manage change across Ingredion to further increase organizational effectiveness and performance. They will partner with business leaders in the organization to facilitate large-scale, systemic changes to increase engagement and productivity. They will oversee the development of change management programs and plans to ensure the effective delivery of strategic change management support across the enterprise.
Core Responsibilities:
* Define guiding change management strategies, activities, stakeholder management, leadership alignment, and change impact assessments
* Develop program, tools, processes, and methodologies related to change readiness programs and change management communications
* Oversee the effective and successful development of change management programs and plans
* Ensure the effective delivery of strategic change management support to the business
* Develop vision and strategy to identify and train change agents throughout the organization to positively influence change efforts locally
* Improve adoption rates across new initiatives by implementing change management processes, methodologies, and programs
* Partner with business leaders to apply change management process and tools to drive large-scale system change
* Work with HR leaders in communicating organizational changes
* Coordinate external support as needed when change efforts require specific areas of expertise and experience to deliver desired outcomes
* Manage, support, and develop change management team
Qualified candidates will have:
* 8-10 years experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or strategic HR business partner roles
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. MS in Human Resources or MBA preferred.
* Expert knowledge in organizational change management or operational readiness consulting with a track record of leading successful change management projects
* Ability to lead Change Management efforts for large-scale, multi-year pre-and post-merger integrations
* Strong business sense and ability to align change management approach to business needs
* Ability to enroll leadership support and engagement and influence employee desire to adopt changes
* Understanding of business strategy and ability to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives
* Ability to coach others to manage conflict, change resistance, and move towards acceptance and desire to change
* Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
* Proven experience in developing and evolving change management programs
* Strong customer service orientation
* Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
* Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
* Proven experience in project management
* Strong leadership, conflict resolution and team building skills
