THE POSITION

You will be an ambassador of change focused on improvingthe way we work by making our business processes more efficient, effective andagile for change. Your goal on theBusiness Process Improvement (BPI) Team will be to improve our customersexperience, improve employee productivity and reduce overall expenses. You willhold a critical leadership position within Henry Schein Dental which willsupport our Field Sales Team focused on customer centric projects. You will work with the Dental BusinessLeadership team to identify projects with the support of the Senior Director ofBusiness Process Improvement (BPI).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We seek someone who is passionate about making thingsbetter, a natural problem solver, a great communicator who can take initiativeand collaborate with others.

* This position is responsible for solvingorganizational problems by using a structured Business Process Improvement (BPI)methodology

* Become the go-to individual in the HSD FieldSales Team for process improvement tools, concepts and methodology

* Organize and facilitate problem solvingworkshops (i.e. Kaizens, value stream mapping, process mapping) focused on improvingspecific business processes

* Partnerwith the Dental Business Leadership team to identify business processimprovement opportunities to determine those with the greatest positive impact

* Coordinateand prioritize activities with business managers to determine realistic scopeand appropriate focus

* Collectand analyze current state data in order to size the opportunity and overallimpact a problem has to the business

* Workwith Subject Matter Experts and analyze data to determine root causes of theorganizational problem

* Determineand prioritize solutions which will have the biggest impact

* Createimplementation plan and be able to measure benefits.

* Communicateproject performance to stakeholders

* Participatein other special projects and performs other duties as required

Qualification



WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 8 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelors Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

* Proven success delivering results in similar Business Process Improvement projects
* Process improvement experience ideally in large multi-national organization in a manufacturing or distribution setting
* Strong process documentation skills and excellent Facilitation skills
* Passion for making the way we work better
