Facebook is looking for an Internal Communications Manager for Recruiting Diversity and Inclusion to join the Diversity Recruiting Scaled Operations Team. The team's mission is to find and develop untapped talent wherever they are, significantly accelerating representation, with FB's inclusive culture serving as a magnet for a global community.
In this role, youll have an opportunity to directly support Facebooks Diversity and Inclusion efforts as a strategic communications partner. Youll craft effective comms strategies and messaging that successfully lands in a human way, and considers the unique needs of different communities across Facebook. At times, youll also influence program direction and help connect dots across the D&I org, as well as the Recruiting org, to ensure were putting peoples experience first when communicating key updates and change.

Internal Communications Manager, Recruiting D&I Responsibilities
* Work cross-functionally with Corporate, Internal, PR, Recruiting, D&I teams to outline and develop impactful and large-scaled communication plans, talking points and other materials for various executives
* Develop and execute on global Diversity Recruiting communications strategy, while partnering closely with central Recruiting Comms Team to ensure alignment
* Help executives assimilate content and fine-tune delivery while leveraging Change Management principles
* Act as front-line point of contact for company-wide ad-hoc asks and requests regarding Diversity Recruiting communications
* Research and package content from internal and external resources to develop insightful and engaging corporate narratives
* Work with the appropriate communication teams to identify opportunities to promote and distribute appearances and related materials to increase visibility and impact
* Repackage materials as needed to ensure content and concepts extends into other communication efforts
* Partner with Creative Services team to help develop complementary visuals and videos for external and internal use
Minimum Qualifications
* 7+ years of work experience in communications, journalism, or marketing
* Experience building communication plans as well as executing against them
* Experience supporting diversity and inclusion efforts
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously working against timelines
* Experience building cross-functional relationships
* Proven success playing a consultative role with a variety of stakeholders, in fast paced and ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field
* Experience supporting general HR communications
* Experience in marketing or other creative field
* Experience in change management and crisis response
* Experience working directly with executives
* Strong presentation skills
* Experience with Microsoft Suite of Services, Google Suite of Services and accustomed to learning new technologies and tools
