As a Sourcing Manager on our Data Science Recruiting Team, you will work closely with recruiting and sourcing leaders, Data Science business leaders and cross-functional partners to drive effective sourcing strategies to grow the Data Science business.

Sourcing Manager, Data Science Recruiting Responsibilities

* Lead a large, growing team comprised of sourcing leaders and individual contributors

* Define, design and implement scalable sourcing strategies for the Data Science organization across North America

* Partner closely with multiple stakeholders including international peers to drive recruiting goals with a keen focus on impacting company-wide diversity aspirations

* Mentor and grow sourcing leaders to foster inclusion across teams and build a cohesive culture across the group

* Champion career development to grow the talent on our sourcing teams and strengthen the teams ability to drive greater impact to the business

* Drive accountability to deliver against global organizational goals across your direct team and through collaboration with international teams

* Lead collaboration and innovative problem solving across cross-functional partners to develop and execute an attract strategy for Data Science talent

* Constantly assess current processes and approaches for ways to increase efficiency and productivity

* Utilize data to influence the overall strategy around candidate engagement and Sourcing processes

* Advise business leaders on innovative sourcing strategies utilizing external market insights and intelligence to influence direction

Minimum Qualifications

* 12+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience

* 8+ years experience managing a team of sourcers and/or recruiters

* Experience leading and mentoring recruiting leaders

* Experience collaborating with key business leaders and senior cross-functional partners

* Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience leading recruiting leaders in the Sourcing function

* Experience designing and implementing global recruiting strategies

* Experience leading large recruiting teams across a matrix organization
