We are seeking a passionate Supervisor to join this dynamic team of recruiting professionals who are tactically focused on helping us deliver resources to help with our 5G build-out. This is a high exposure/high volume role that will give you the opportunity to leverage your strong communication and relationship building skills. This position will work in partnership with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring managers at all levels of the organization.
Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
Lead, develop and coach a team of Recruiters and Coordinators through mentoring and learning experiences to successfully achieve all SLAs (time to fill, quality of hire, etc.).
Ensure effective use of talent acquisition tools, resources and campaigns to source and attract top talent.
Manage special projects as a collaborative member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to innovate and continuously improve our process.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Executives, HR Business Advisors, and Hiring Managers to create a partnership that produces consistent results.
Drive an exceptional experience for candidates, employees and hiring managers.
Facilitate the flow of candidates within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify qualified candidates.
Review resumes for specific skills sets and determine if required qualifications are met.
Interact directly with high level candidates to schedule phone screens and interviews.
Create offers of employment, candidate rejection letters, provide feedback to internal candidates, etc.
Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency.
A successful Talent Acquisition Supervisor will have the following:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of solid knowledge and experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) of full lifecycle recruitment.
High level of expertise with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence and negotiate effective business solutions.
Proven ability to build partnerships across all levels of an organization.
