About the role:

The Professional Education Department is seeking a Program Manager for the Vertiflex Procedure. This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as professional education expertise. The Program Manager works directly with healthcare provider (HCP) customers, Marketing, R&D, Surgical Lab Team, Engineering, Clinical Research, and Sales to create the strategy, vision and execution of educational engagements for HCPs about the Vertiflex Procedure. This position is a key stakeholder in the Vertiflex professional education training curriculum, as well as commercial programs. The Program Manager also manages logistical and compliance aspects of healthcare provider educational engagements.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with healthcare professionals and internal cross functions
* Superior interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written
* Proven ability to influence individuals and teams
* Proven strengths in innovative ideas and approaches, strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate and articulate complex clinical information
* Content creation and ownership of approved materials for every clinical engagement
* KOL liaison and strategic partner with commercial team
* Speaker development, preparations, contract and agreement management, and payments
* Working with customers and field to gather experience, knowledge, case studies
* Maintaining budgets
* Strategizing local programs and helping to align the faculty KOL based on specific educational needs
* Define topics, curriculum, develop agendas, select presenters, select locations and program planning
* Assist in advisory services including recommending KOLs
* Logistics, regulatory, handling grants and compliance
* Bring deliverables from marketing to the end user at all programs
* Understanding Fellowship engagements
* Initiate, manage and lead several projects with cross functions
* Innovate and devise curriculums with cross-functional team to support emerging therapy

What were looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in any discipline
* 4+ years of related work experience in MedTech, Biotech, MedEd, pharma and/or experience in Education, Training, Sales or Marketing
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Able to work flexible hours, up to 60% travel with weekend travel 1 to 2 times a month. Travel throughout the week visiting KOLs and observing cases. Preferred Qualifications:

* Masters degree preferred
* 3+ years in medical device strongly preferred biotech or pharma and/or experiences in Education, Training, Sales or Marketing
* 5+ years of related work experience
* KOL management
* User of CVENT, SFDC, SharePoint
* Curriculum design
* Adult learning strategies
* Trained in situational leadership, crucial conversations and/or conflict management
