Capture Professional, Lead
Key Role:
Drive the capture of business development opportunities, including shaping, proposal, contract start-up, and execution. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in the intelligence community
* Experience with client procurement processes and business development required
* Experience with managing multiple workflows simultaneously
* Experience with managing small teams composed of diverse skillsets
* Knowledge of client technical qualifications, counterintelligence, cyber infrastructure, and virtual operations required
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
* BA or BS degree
