The Master Customer Profile Service team at Oracle is committed to enabling our customer experience (CX) SaaS components to provide the most interactive & richest experience possible to our customers. This requires bringing together huge amounts of custom data and processes from different sources, and building a single, complete view of the customer ecosystem and their activities, preferences and behaviors. As seasoned Technical Product Manager, you will be part of small, highly talented team that understands our business and its objectives, to lead us through product planning, designing technical solutions to solve the businesss problems in a very agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. The position relies heavily on influence to drive project deliverables.

The successful candidate must have exceptional Product Management with engineering experience in strong business judgment, product milestone and deliveries, problem-solving skills, and notable experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with a focus on large corporate and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Create processes that enable teams to move quickly and efficiently.

Lead cross-functionally to define schedule, requirements, resource plans, integration plans, prioritize initiatives, and proactively identify/address potential setbacks.

Work with software engineering to deliver SW solutions/features in a fast-paced environment.

Balance the business needs with technical constraints by building deep subject matter expertise for your area.

Maintain the team%27s focus on strategy and goal-oriented results when tackling complex problems.

Communicate program status, risks and mitigation plans to leadership.

Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for review by all parts of the organization.

Ideal Expertise

Degree in computer science or related field

5-10+ years experience in Product, Project Management, leading small to large Infrastructure, Online, or Cloud service implementations

Effective communication and collaboration skills with all levels of management

Ability to apply independent and sound business judgement to solve complex issues

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required and can lead cross-functional teams to complete projects and major initiatives using judgement, experience, and leadership skills

Understanding of the Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid development methodologies

Experience as a software Release Manager and Scrum Master

Ability to partner with internal operations, development, and Oracle corporate teams to ensure successful transition from delivery to operations

Ability to document, actively manage, and communicate technical project plans through dashboards, metrics, and presentations

Methodical approach to managing and troubleshooting complex problems

Proven experience achieving results in a cross functional DevOps environment

Analytical and technical aptitude with the ability to solve complex problems

High level of customer focus and sense of responsibility

Target and solution oriented

Ability to motivate, influence, and negotiate as required

Most importantly, the aptitude to be a good team player and the willingness to learn and implement new Cloud technologies as needed

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Ten or more years of project management, product design or related experience needed.
