Job Description
Job Summary: Manages the order fulfillment process including order assignment, administration, and shipping. Oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards.
Essential Job Duties:
* Assign and fulfill all orders daily meeting ETA requirements
* Communicate with sales reps-using email, tablet, phone to describe any discrepancies in quality or inventory of part
* Supervises all yard and warehouse personnel, assigns tasks and duties on a daily basis
* Maintains the physical condition of the yard and warehouse facility to reflect cleanliness, efficiency and organization.
* Responsible for training and development of all yard and warehouse personnel, to include hiring and evaluating employees.
* Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free workplace.
* Manage time-off requests and Kronos including pay period signature sheets
* Assumes other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
* High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required.
* Minimum of 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Demonstrate interest and knowledge of autos/trucks
* Maintain organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
* Possess the ability to manage numerous employees to meet budgeted objectives for specific location
* Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with decision-making and negotiating skills
* Implement effective oral and written communication skills.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:
* This position requires individuals to constantly be on their feet except when operating machinery or working in the office.
* Must be able to climb ladders, stairs and withstand heights of more than 15 feet.
* Should not have any lifting restrictions.
* This position can work outdoors in all weather conditions with no coverage.
* The employee can be exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat and should be able to tolerate high and low-temperature levels.
* The noise level in the work environment is moderately loud.

LKQ was initially formed in 1998 through the combination of a number of wholesale recycled products businesses located in Florida, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin. • 2014 acquisition of Keystone Specialty, which expanded our product offering and increased our addressable market to include specialty vehicle aftermarket equipment and accessories.
• On December 22, 2015, LKQ announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the holding company of Rhiag-Inter Auto Parts Italia
• S.p.A (“Rhiag”), a leading pan-European business-to-business distributor of aftermarket spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Rhiag has operations in Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland and Spain. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2016 and is subject to customary closing conditions and necessary regulatory approvals.
