The Treasury Solutions Operations business unit spans the core functions of Implementations, Servicing, Fulfillment and Support Services for all Treasury & Payments Solutions. The Treasury Solutions Testing Specialist is part of the Treasury Solutions Testing team.
A Treasury Solutions Testing Specialist is primarily responsible for end user testing each of the core functions of Implementations, Servicing, fulfillment and support services in all projects, system release and/or enhancements. They are to ensure quality user acceptance testing of the Treasury Solutions products/applications to the Treasury Solutions Operations team.
A Treasury Solutions Testing Specialist will analyze requirements and technical designs to develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality and usability of assigned initiatives. Initiatives may include new platforms, system enhancements, upgrades, regular maintenance, system problem resolutions and production validation.

* Assist in developing test strategy for application testing.
* Provides support to their related teams to improve processes, roll out new products and advance business initiatives that have major financial impacts to the Company.
* Participate in requirements and technical design reviews to ensure clarity of the design and usability.
* Under direction of Test Leads, help to develop test plans by working with other User Acceptance teammates, Implementation Managers, Project Managers, lines of business, Information Technology and users. Ensure established standards and guidelines are followed to meet the highest level of quality by using structured testing.
* Develop and maintain test case design documents based on an analysis of the requirements, use cases and/or technical design.
* Ensure coverage of the requirements through traceability.
* Conduct internal and external quality reviews of test case designs.
* Create and maintain test data for initiatives.
* Execute assigned test cases and document test results.
* Research, suggest and implement more efficient processes to improve quality, enhance client satisfaction and reduce costs.
* Communicate test execution progress to the test lead.
* Manage the lifecycle of a defect and participate in defect triage meetings.
* Provide advanced level of technical support within and outside of normal working hours.
* Provide assistance to others that are assigned to investigate defects.
* Attend training sessions, complete online tutorials and hands-on work to maintain current level of application proficiency.
* Participate in the transition of the initiative to Production Support for implementation.
Required Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in one of the business disciplines or equivalent education and related training.
* A minimum of 2 years of proven testing skills in writing and execution with some banking experience.
* Ability to use test management tools, such as ALM.
* Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and quickly adjust to a rapidly changing environment.
* Strong work ethic.
* Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or Industry relationships with association board participation.
* Certification in testing and/or process improvement methodology i.e. Agile, Lean or Six Sigma, etc.
