Qualifications
What You Will Need:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Internet skills.
* Ability to deal effectively with the public.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Ability to work and willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays etc.
* Ability and willingness to adapt to change.
* Communication Skills
* Previous experience in a medical setting, ie. Physician Office, Hospital preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* High School Diploma
* GED
* 2-3 years customer service preferred
Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Patient Access Supervisor or Manager/Director. The Patient Access Concierge is responsible for providing continuous presence and service to all persons. The Concierge is responsible for providing assistance and support to the Volunteer Services Team. Your role is very important in establishing consistent professional, A+ customer service experiences.
