Job Summary:

Reconcile and correct accounts receivables and work order issues by identifying anomalies through consolidated reporting from various ABM and CBRE systems including ARM, Insight, Corrigo, VAWs, CBRE Help Desk, FM Pilot, and ABM ESC.

Current Responsibilities

* Weekly AR reporting
* Request updated future payment reports directly from CBRE finance through CBREs help desk system
* Work with CBRE Finance on payment resolution for issues identified through reconciliation and reporting
* Combine reports from ARM and Insight to report aging by financial region, age categories, invoice type, and invoice status
* Identify and resolve work orders with discrepancies
* Work directly with Corrigo Administrators and CBRE Facility Managers to reopen closed work orders for NTE corrections and other changes needed to successfully invoice
* Work Order reconciliation between CBREs TAG portal (VAW), Corrigo, and FM Pilot
* Ensure Corrigo and VAWs match for successful invoicing, as well as research old work orders or work orders generated in error in FM Pilot (CBREs legacy work order system) to clean up the data in the various systems
* Ad-Hoc reporting
* Generate reports as needed from the various systems the account utilizes to help with account planning and issue resolutions
* Hand off process improvement suggestions to Robert Ortega as opportunities arise

Proposed Additional Responsibilities

* JDE Billing
* Currently baseline contract billing, EnhanceClean billing, and peak billing is handled through the JDE system independent of TAG billing.
* ~350 POs generated every month that need to be submitted individually by Finance with the help of the Account team
* POs need to be tracked, managed, and reported on to ensure every site is properly invoiced
* Credits
* Ensure credits are given as needed in a timely manner
* Related to site and rate changes, or other scenarios that would require credits
* BU Management
* Set-up new BUs as ABM is awarded a new site, or a site moves
* Close BUs for site closures or losses
* Track and ensure proper insourcing for BUs
* Complaint Management
* Assist Mark Kelly and Rob Ortega in timely complaint closures in VAWs to help with metric reporting
* This may include contacting field Operators for status updates and complaint explanations
* Complaint Reporting as needed beyond reporting occurring currently
* Business Review and Customer Reporting
* Assist in pulling and analyzing data from various internal and external systems to generate accurate reporting for the purposes of issue resolution, KPI adherence, and account growth initiatives

Minimum Requirements

Education, Required Skills & Competencies

1. Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems/Technology or related field
2. 3+ years of relevant professional experience
3. 3+ years GL Account Reconciliation experience
4. Proficient in software such as Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow, and Cloud Fusion
5. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
6. Ad-hoc reporting experience
7. Able to define a problem, generate potential solutions, and evaluate those solutions
8. Willingness to learn new tools and techniques
9. Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
10. Able to work in a team environment and on individual projects/tasks with a high level of independence
11. Strong sense of ownership and accountability
