Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner provides direct client care, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, and prescribing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment of health problems, health promotion and preventive care within this specialized area of practice. The Nurse Practitioner is involved in practice activities with the goal of improving the quality of care.
Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Licensure: Indiana State Registered Nurse; CSR and APN Practitioner Licensure through the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting.
